How to become
a new client.

All new clients must read and sign the Informed Consent paperwork and complete the appropriate intake forms before receiving counseling services. If the client is a child or adolescent, a custodial parent or legal guardian must read and sign the Informed Consent on their behalf. If a couple is coming for counseling, each person must complete their own Informed Consent and adult intake.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers must give patients who don't have insurance, or who aren't using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that's at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

We work with most major insurance plans.

The Ministry of Counseling and Enrichment accepts several major insurance plans, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, TriCare, CHIP, and Medicaid, and files insurance on behalf of clients when applicable. Adjusted fee options and limited grant-funded options are available for those who qualify. We try not to turn anyone away for inability to pay.
