Sarah Chisolm Miller

LMFT-Associate

After graduating from Belmont University in 2023 with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Sarah completed concentrations in Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Pastoral Therapy. She brings a warm, caring, curious, and honest presence to her work, creating a space where clients can feel seen, supported, and accepted.

She believes counseling begins with meeting people where they are and helping them discover that they already possess the strengths and resources needed to become more congruent, authentic, and holistically healthy individuals. She views therapy as a journey of hope and healing and considers it a sacred honor to walk alongside clients for a small part of that journey.

She specializes in working with couples and neurodivergent adults. Her approach is neuro-affirming with an emphasis on curiosity, compassion, authenticity, and meaningful connection.

Four words that best describe her are loyal, curious, compassionate, and “neurosparkly.” She considers it a privilege to support people as they navigate their own unique therapeutic journeys.
