Tiffany Fink

Tiffany Fink spent 24 years as a professor of history before pursuing a second career in marriage and family therapy. She holds a bachelor's, master's, and Ph.D. in history from Texas Tech University, along with a master's degree in marriage and family therapy from Abilene Christian University–Dallas.Tiffany works from a systems theory approach, staying curious about every aspect of a client's life. She sees therapy as a partnership, helping clients build tools to manage emotions through mindfulness and rational thinking — with fostering hope as a central part of her work. She has hands-on training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Filial Therapy.Tiffany works with children, teens, young adults, couples, and families. She lives in Abilene with her own family.
