Evidence-Based Trauma Treatment

Trauma has a way of getting stuck in the body and mind long after the event itself has passed, showing up as flashbacks, anxiety, and hypervigilance. Evidence-based trauma treatment is designed to help the brain process what's gotten stuck, reducing or eliminating those symptoms.

Several of our clinicians are trained in approaches including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), used as part of a broader, individualized treatment plan.
